This patrol mission along Yangtze River is dominated by Jiangsu maritime bureau and Zhenjiang new district, carried out by Jiangsu Maritime Bureau, Xinjiang General Aviation and Dalu General Airport in Zhenjiang.

On that remarkable day, during the first patrol flight along Yangtze River in Zhenjiang area ceremony hold at Dalu general airport, representatives have delivered their utmost wishes respectively. Lu Yuezhong, the vice secretary of the working committee, deputy director of the management committee, addressed:“This is a historic moment. The air patrol base at Dalu General Airport is set up by Jiangsu Maritime Bureau and we have long been looking forward to the first air patrol mission. ” Thereafter, the deputy director of Jiangsu Maritime Bureau, Wang Shiming made a statement, mentioning that building the air patrol base in Zhenjiang opens a new model upon the maritime patrol construction. By bringing in new maritime patrol force, we can promote the development and construction along Yangtze River, making sure that we can do a better job on emergency rescue. Meanwhile, he showed great appreciation for the support of Zhenjiang New District. In the end, Lin Xiaoping, the member of the standing committee in Zhenjiang and secretary of the working committee in Zhenjiang new district together with Zhang Tongbin, director of Jiangsu Maritime Bureau, announced that it is time for KODAIK 100 to start patrol mission. 

After the first successful flight, Zhenjiang new district management committee and Zhenjiang Maritime Bureau held a signing ceremony for the cooperation memorandum at Dalu General Airport. Representatives Jing Shanhe, deputy director of Zhenjiang new district management committee, and Xu wei, general director of Zhenjiang Maritime Bureau, officially signed the memorandum of cooperation. Both parties will be working together and committed to making great contribution to modernization of Zhenjiang new district along Yangtze River.
