Customer Support Specialist

Position Summary

 

  1. Accompany and support the SVA Sales and Service Center.
  2. Assist the SVA Sales and Service Center in day-to-day issues and enquiries related to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, spare parts, publication and the handling of repairs and warranty cases.
  3. Communicate/coordinate technical resolution for aircraft on ground situations.
  4. Interface with main vendors support organizations such as Garmin and Pratt & Whitney Canada to ensure local technical and spare   parts support.


 

Critical Competencies Required for Success:

  1. Technical education with at least 3 years practical aerospace experience. AV license preferred.
  2. Relevant field service and work experience in aircraft manufacturing and/or maintenance environment and knowledge to troubleshoot aircraft systems.
  3. Experience in Business and General Aviation.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  5. Excellent communications skills in both English and Mandarin
