Position Summary

Accompany and support the SVA Sales and Service Center.

Assist the SVA Sales and Service Center in day-to-day issues and enquiries related to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, spare parts, publication and the handling of repairs and warranty cases.

Communicate/coordinate technical resolution for aircraft on ground situations.

Interface with main vendors support organizations such as Garmin and Pratt & Whitney Canada to ensure local technical and spare parts support.
Critical Competencies Required for Success:
-
Technical education with at least 3 years practical aerospace experience. AV license preferred.

Relevant field service and work experience in aircraft manufacturing and/or maintenance environment and knowledge to troubleshoot aircraft systems.

Experience in Business and General Aviation.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Excellent communications skills in both English and Mandarin
