Marketing Communications Assistant

Location: Beijing

Position Summary:

Reporting to the SVA Leader of Marketing/Communications, the key responsibilities and deliverables for this position include but are not limited to:

  1. In conjunction with Leader of Marketing, will create and execute all Marketing programs, including advertising, direct mail, promotions and exhibitions.
  2. Liaise with select PR agencies and appropriate media outlets to exploit all PR opportunities
  3. Will represent and champion the needs and goals during the development and prioritization of SVA Marketing programs that position and enhance the Company brand and product portfolio and drive sales revenue.
  4. Develop resources/relationships for printing and mailing of marketing campaigns.
  5. Effectively utilize sales and marketing tools such as to plan, implement, and track Marketing campaigns.
  6. Produce Marketing overview presentations and documents for internal and external audiences as required.

  1. Must possess overall knowledge and understanding of the Business Aviation Industry.
  2. Must demonstrate creativity in Marketing Program development and execution.
  3. Ability to multi-task and manage many projects/responsibilities.
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead and direct internal teams, external suppliers, and company leaders as it relates to the development and execution of specific marketing campaigns.
  5. Flexible, with the ability to understand the big picture.
  6. Must possess teamwork and organizational effectiveness skills.
  7. Highly results oriented individual who consistently exceeds expectations.
  8. Excellent writing, research and analytical skills.


Personal Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 1 years of commercial marketing experience
  2. Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related area.
  3. Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal skills.
